Information for Nannies

Here are the details of how the Midland Nannies Nanny Agency will interview prospective nannies.

1 - After an initial discussion we will e-mail or post a partially completed Nanny Application Form to you.

2 - A face-to-face interview will then take place, or in exceptional circumstances an in-depth telephone interview will be arranged

3 - We will give you information about suitable jobs that are available and will arrange an interview for those that you are interested in

4 - A copy of your details will be posted and/or e-mailed to your prospective employers prior to the interview

5 - Both parties should contact Midland Nannies to advise them of the outcome of the interview. Offer and acceptance may be made either at the interview or after discussion with Midland Nannies

6 - Upon acceptance of a position through Midland Nannies then references will be sought

7 - We are happy to discuss at any stage such matters as salary and terms and conditions should this be of assistance to you.
