Our Nanny Agency runs a Babysitter Service that is offered primarily within Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Most of the Nannies who provide our Babysitters service live within the area bounded by: Solihull, Coventry, Rugby, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon & Redditch. Therefore the service is offered within an additional 10-20 mile radius of that area.

Once a babysitter has registered with our Babysitters Service then the Midland Nannies Nanny Agency will interview them normally at our Solihull office and then perform all necessary checks and follow up references.

Midland Nannies will give the babysitter information about the suitable jobs available and will aim to arrange an interview with each potential Client. Those Clients that live within the Warwickshire and West Midlands area will normally interview the nannies prior to them performing a babysit. The client will receive a copy of the babysitter's details either by post or e-mail. Our preference is for the babysitter to always meet the family prior to performing the babysit. Although for practical reasons this is not always possible.

If the family have met the potential babysitter then both parties should contact Midland Nannies to advise them of the outcome of the interview. Offer and acceptance may be made either at interview or after discussion with Midland Nannies.

Midland Nannies are happy at any stage to discuss such matters as hourly rate and terms and conditions should this be of assistance to you. We will send you our babysitting form to complete (see the attached Baby Sitting booking form). Our aim is to always ensure that you can book the same babysitter for subsequent babysits, although for practical reasons this is not always possible.

We specialise as a nanny agency and can provide babysitters for weddings and other social functions as well as for the home or for stays in local hotels. A number of local hotels regularly use and recommend our babysitting service. We have regular bookings for our babysitter service from those living outside of the West Midlands and Warwickshire area but are visiting the West Midlands or Warwickshire area for leisure purposes.
